Aquavista Panoramic Wall Aquarium

These days every house has a flat-screen TV mounted to their walls, so why not have the same for aquariums? This is exactly what this company was thinking when they designed this product, the Aquavista Panoramic Wall Aquarium ($1,000-$1,200). This striking decoration comes with all the gear necessary for a tropical aquarium, including an automatic feeder, dual filtration, heater, air pump, lighting, and a carbon dioxide generator, all of which is controlled via a side-mounted, touchscreen LCD.

Available in 5-foot, 20 gallon and 6-foot, 25 gallon models, it's the new must-have accessory for anyone making an appearance on Cribs.

Quill vehicle moves on both snow and land

This concept was developed to feature flowing bodylines for an aesthetic look and aerodynamic structure. The “Quill” by British designer Halil Buzcuoglu is a vehicle concept that moves on both snow and land with equal efficiency. Accommodating two passengers one in front of the other; comfortably on a thrilling ride, the concept vehicle features a massive windscreen to allow an enhanced front view, while the built-in cameras provide the rear vision on the screens placed in the cockpit.

FIFA 2010 World Cup Edition

If you don't already have your flight, hotel, and tickets booked, odds are 2010 FIFA World Cup ($50-$57) for the PS3, 360, and Wii is as close as you're going to come to the real thing. Loaded to the gills with features for the football-loving fan, this latest Cup game offers the ability to compete as any of the 199 teams, from qualification to the final, new AI that takes into account home and away scenarios, a slew of online options including the first-ever full and authentic online World Cup tournament, local 4-player multiplayer support, and all the details of being at the real event, including signage, celebrations, and all ten officially licensed stadiums that will be used during the tournament.

Quadski

Combining a jet ski with a four-wheeler might sound crazy — in fact, it is a little crazy, but it's also awesome. The Quadski ($TBA) is exactly that: a four wheel amphibious vehicle that tears it up on land and sea, with a top speed of 50 mph on either surface. Granted, we doubt it's as good on land as a regular ATV or on water as a jet ski, but when was the last time you were able to drive your jet ski to the beach?

Touch-sensitive faucet begs to be touched!

Who knew faucets could be so sexy?

This curvaceous design has colorful dots on top, each one corresponding to a certain temperature. Tempdots is touch controlled — touch the temperature you want and the water begins to flow. Touch it again, and the water stops.

Cool little side feature to top it off; there's a battery inside that's recharged by hot water. The only problem we see with this design is keeping its touch-sensitive surface clean. With dirty hands touching the dots to turn the water on, and wet hands touching them again to shut the water off, that's going to collect a lot of fingerprints.
Since it's a design concept, maybe its creator Jaeseok Han can figure out a way to solve that problem.

Chariot Skates want to be the future of rollerblades

Chariot Skates, a form of "wheel-skates," promise to make quite a few improvements over your average set of inline or roller skates. According to creator Michael Jenkins, Chariot Skates are faster, handle rough terrain better, retain momentum longer and offer a more fluid and comfortable experience. We'll believe faster right off the bat, as these odd-looking skates boast a top speed of 24 miles an hour.
It may look like Jenkins was inspired by a wheelchair (you can even stop by grabbing the wheels with your hands), but the creator was instead looking to combine a few of his favorite sports: cycling, skiing and skating. "The wheel-skates allow riders to commute like a bicycle but give a freedom which can only be experienced without a seat or handlebars," Jenkins told Courier Mail, "and greater aerobic exercise value because you're not sitting."
